By signing this petition to agree that going forward there should be set times at local, allowing people with SEN and young children to be in safe environment without fear of unaccompanied young people creating issues.

Old young, children SEN do not need to feel fear because a group of young people do not know how to act in public! 

The local council is responsible for giving the licence to allow events and should make this petition part of the terms. People such as Matthew Pennycock and Dan Thorpe can do something! 

Previously there has been issues such as fighting, arguing and drugs with intent to sell and use. Now there is acid, smoke bombs and stabbings, it makes a simple family friendly fair a war zone. Even a large amount of 40 plus young people chasing each other up and down is unnecessary in a family setting with young children and walking aided people walking around. 

Granted you do have days and times where is will be nice but that cannot be guaranteed and unfortunately in the world we live in we now have start petitions just to have a day out!!

So if you want to be able to go to an event without fear of being trampled on with your child then yes you do need to sign this petition and hope it gets recognition!
