Officer Hassani point blank shot Rick Clubb's service dog for unjustifiable reasons. The dog was loose, but was not aggressive. He kicked the dog at one point and the dog did not become agitated, simply moved back. The dog was simply standing without any sort of aggression and the officer took out his gun and shot it. This was a heinous, unforgiveable act. It is plainly obvious from the footage shown from the officer's dashboard cam, there was absolutely no need to shoot the dog.
