Serious Need For More Affordable Housing in the City Of Springfield and Robertson county
The last few years affordable housing has been hard to find even for the every day worker that works a 9-5. I've seen hard working families moved out their home for cheap landlords do small cheap repairs then turn around charge double the rent in which drives families from homes and eventually out our city and county.
We the tax payers of the city of Springfield and Robertson County want local, county, and state leadership to work together on finding solutions on bringing more affordable housing to our city and county as well. This pandemic have shown me alot of problems and how they can be easily fixed if the issues was addressed and actions are taken. Rental property are so backed up in Springfield and Robertson county it's a 6-12 month waiting list on all rental property. Hard working families and low income families are being hurt by not having the right to affordable housing in which they end up moving and leaving our city and county.
We the people of Springfield, Robertson County Tennessee ask all local, county, state leaders to unite and work to provide more affordable housing in every city across Robertson county. Families shouldn't be moved out of their communities and city due to the lack of affordable housing that fit the needs of everyone. This will take the dedication, the love, hard work from every city, county, and state leader of Robertson County. Our citizens, our families deserve housing that fit their financial needs. Affordable Housing is a big issue we must address not only in Springfield but in cities all across the state of Tennessee..
