I truly believe mealtime is a sacred time, a break time you have to enjoy your coffee, or maybe your snack after a tiring day of study or hospital rotations. I also believe it's a time to relax and the last thing you want is to have a bad experience and rude service when you buy your coffee or lunch. 

This is the experience I have most of the time when I go to buy a coffee or even a sandwich at the SERIM coffee shop at Humanitas University.

In addition to the price being extremely expensive for what is offered, the service is poor in quality. I have problems with the waitress (a always in bad mood woman that works there) every time I order the basic, like a cinnamon in my cappuccino or when I ask to heat up a quiche because I like it hot. I had countless and horrible experiences with her that I will not mention here, but that I decided to take an action and make this undersigned to take it to the quality sector of the university for them to fix it, maybe improve the service or maybe change for another company because I believe things shouldn’t continues this way. We are paying for the stuffs we get there, it’s not for free, so they must offer a good service.

PS: the picture on the profile is the day I asked her to heat my quiche and she refuses and told me to heat at the microwave of the university, I accepted and asked her for a plate to heat it since the salad would be melted if I put in the microwave with the quiche, so she refuse and gave me a plastic plate and told me to help my self.
