Serena Williams just capped off a singular tennis career in which she won 24 major titles.  

What better way for the City and County of Denver to recognize her greatness then by changing the name of E. Bayaud Avenue from S. Steele Street to S. Colorado Boulevard to Serena Williams Way?

East Bayaud Avenue is the street entrance to the extraordinary Gates Tennis Center in Denver.  By changing the name to Serena Williams Way, we honor her excellence on and off the court and remind tennis players (professionals and amateurs) of her amazing legacy.  

Mayor Hancock please consider changing the street’s name to Serena Williams Way
