A day of mourning is not enough to honour her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. You must announce Monday September 19th a provisional holiday so that we may properly mourn her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. This is a historical event and for many a once in a lifetime event. We must have the ability to witness this historical moment.
