I, Laibah Khan (student ID 210276), have started this petition on behalf of the Muslim students at the Sixth Form Bolton.

It is sad to see despite over 50% of students being Muslims there are no separate prayer facilities for males and females at the sixth form. As a result of this many of us Muslim students are unable to fulfil our religious obligations.

Currently there is only one prayer room which males and females are expected to share which is not convenient. There needs to be two separate prayer rooms, one clearly labelled for females and one for males. It would be even better if there could be wudhu facilities on site.
