Please support/accept this request for a Special HOA Meeting regarding the broken gate/security system, the non-functioning waterfall, and the allowance of Solar Panels, in the Crystal Lake Golf & Country Club community.

How long does it take to correctly fix the waterfall at the entrance? How much will it cost? Do we have a maintenance contract in place? The waterfall is a beautiful feature when it works. It’s been broken for way too long. If there isn’t a contract in place is there someone in the community who may have the skills and knowledge to help with the repairs? Where is the communication to the community about this?

How much added work/stress is the broken gate causing those who stand guard to protect our neighborhood? Homeowners are having to stand in longer and longer lines to get home. If the current system can’t be fixed can we look into getting a different system altogether? We value our safety in our homes. The system being down for so long causes concerns for everyone who lives here. Are there any tech-y types within the community who could lend a hand with fixing this issue? Let’s come together and find a viable solution.

We can all benefit from being granted this same opportunity to harvest energy for ourselves. At the onset of solar panels they were not very attractive at all. With the flat panels and even roof tiles being made into panels these days the look of the panels do not detract from the beauty of homes and businesses. Several neighbors have expressed interest in making changes that will allow the installation of solar panels on our homes. A Special HOA Meeting will allow homeowners to express these concerns in person.
