At Bishop Carroll Catholic High School the administration is currently not allowing our students to attend sporting events and sit in a student section. The student section and students set the atmosphere and make games more energetic and bring the heart and soul of the Bishop Carroll family stadium. The students make the players feel more excited and gives them a boost of confidence in there play allowing them to prove how great of a team they are.  At the games the students would follow social distancing guide lines, wear masks, and would follow any new COVID-19 guidelines given in the future. “Without the students it is quiet and there is no sense of energy.” One of our senior’s said “Without the fans it’s too quiet and there is no energy in the stadium.” Another said “without the fans it seems like we are going through the motions and it doesn’t seem as important, without the students it feels like were playing without a purpose.” Another senior said “ the parents aren’t enough because they are only loud on 3rd or 4th while the student section is loud all game.” “The field is dead and void of energy” one soccer player said “the energy isn’t there the parents can’t provide the constant stream of positive energy”
