I understand that there are people in other states that would like to see these folks removed from office, the signatures on this petition need to be of Kentucky residence only. This Petition is for the immediate removal from office of United States Senators Addison Mitchell "Mitch" McConnell, Jr. (R-KY), Randal Howard "Rand" Paul (R-KY) and Representative Brett Guthrie (R-KY) without the lifetime benefits afforded to current and former members of Congress.
For their disregard of the promises laid out in the Preamble of the United States Constitution and the Declaration of Independence; we the citizens of the Great State of Kentucky exercise our rights and ultimate duty of overthrowing (removing from office) our Senators of the United States Congress. Addison Mitchell "Mitch" McConnell, Jr. (R-KY), Randal Howard "Rand" Paul (R-KY) and Representative Brett Guthrie (R-KY) have not held to their duties of representing the people of the state of Kentucky nor of the United States as a whole. The Government Exists for the Sole Purpose of Serving the People (general population), not the ruling people (wealthy/banks/corporations). They are supporters of a governmental system that is little more that an organized crime ring for the banks/corporations/politicians to use the Power of the Government to Oppress and steal from the People.

They have practiced tactics of King George III, in which the Declaration of Independence was written against.
1) He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
2) He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
3) He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.
They have organized filibusters against Laws to support job growth through infrastructure maintenance spending, keeping first responders on the job, and keeping teachers in our classrooms. They have fought against raising taxes on the ones that have profited the most from the two wars entered into under false pretenses, the Bush tax cuts(for the rich), and the overpriced contractors in Iraq and Afghanistan, instead of the Core of Engineers. They want to void the social contract in the Preamble of the Constitution by wanting to do away with Social Security and Medicare (establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity(not just for the banks/corporations/politicians)). I know I haven’t listed all in this category, but their offenses are too numerous.
4) He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
They advocate for the abolishment of regulatory branches such as: the EPA, OSHA, etc... These branches keep us safe from unsafe work conditions; keep our water, soil and air cleaner. By doing so they are trying to do away with our right to safety all for the profit of their puppet masters.
5) He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation.
It is not proven that Mitch or Rand are members of the lobbying group ALEC (American Legislative Exchange Council) a group of major corporations, the Koch brothers, and politicians that draft laws and introduce them in state houses through their politician members, who push for their passage; but Representative Guthrie is a known member. John Boehner(R-OH) and Eric Canter(R-VA) are and we know who Mitch and Rand fall in line with when it comes to legislation. ALEC has succeeded with their legislation in many states, such as the Union busting law in WI and OH as well as the immigration law in AZ. 6) For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States.
None of the three have advocated that the Wall Street Barrens and Banks who murdered the economy; should be arrested, prosecuted and imprisoned for the crimes they committed through their fraudulent financial products.
The credit default swaps are obviously fraudulent and here is why. They gave loans to people that the bank knew would default, they packed several of these loans together, insured them, the homeowner defaulted and the bank collected the money and the house for resell. They said that they were going to collapse we the tax payer bailed them out, hum, they collected more money. Sounds like a scam to me.
