My Brother Isaiah Jovan Hernandez was Murdererd By Medical Neglect, Mental Torture, Abuse, Physical Beating, Poisoning while in The West Valley Detention Center Facility in Rancho Cucamonga Ca, My Brother was Menatally I'll and Diabetic since he was a boy, He was special and we are fighting for Justice and prision Reform for Menatally Ill and Diabetic, Disabled Inmates ,We would like to start this petition to Save The lives of many so my Baby Brother will not die in vain, This petition protect the Rights specifically he 14th Amendement Rights of mentally I'll and Diabetic Inmates never convicted of a crime, We ask for Prision Gaurds to Have Body Cameras at all times and to have security or a third party check on the Gaurds and cameras, We ask for change in Our Justice system, No Medical Neglect , If A mentally Ill inmate has to do more prision time and the Facitily does not take care of them we ask them to have a right to be sent home to their families on house arrests so that their Families can take care of them the proper way and give them all their medications and so they will not be Murdered by Facilitys. We ask that Judges may not be allowed to push back court dates etc, We ask for prison reform and to Save the Lives of many please.
