Allow for a Fair and Impartial Senate Impeachment Trial with Documents and Witnesses
One of the most important events in the history of this nation is about to unfold. The President of the United States of America, Presidential J. Trump has been impeached by the House of Representatives. The Constitution of the United States requires that a trial in the United States Senate takes place to acquit or find guilty the President of the United States on the charges of abuse of power and/ or obstruction of justice. This trial must be fair and conducted in an impartial manner according to the laws of this nation.
The goverment of this nation is a government that is of the people, by the people and for the people.
We the people, who through the process of election have sent each Senator and Congress person to Washington to do the will of the people. Not the will of the Democratic or Republican parties.
We the people of the United States of America demand that there be a fair and impartial impeachment trial of President Donald J Trump on the charges of obstruction of justice and abuse of power.
We the People demand that witnesses be called into the trial to give testimony in accordance to the due process of law.
We the People of the United States of America demand that documents pertaining to this impeachment trial be released and be brought forth as evidence for or against the accused, President Donald J Trump.
We the People of the United States of America declare that we will not except any form of trial in which the jurors (Senators) have publicly stated they will not be impartial and will work hand in glove with the defense or prosecutor team. If that happens it ceases to be a legal trial under our judicial system but rather a sham and a show. This should not be, not in our United States of America.
We the People of the United States of America demand TRUE JUSTICE which is a fair and impartial trial in this impeachment matter.
This system of government which has been, and must continue to be is a government of the people, for the people, and by the people. It must demonstrate to all people that no one is above the law.
