This petition is targeting the 2 democratic holdups in the United States Senate who won't agree to kill or modify the filibuster. It's a relic of the jim crow era and it has been a political weapon for the gop under the leadership of Mitch McConnell and these senators think bipartisanship means keeping a relic that's holding up actual badly need government policy to effectively make change in the usa. So instead of targeting the democratic party or the democratic senators as a whole this petition will be delivered to the 2 senators who won't agree to modify it. My lord even voting rights are under attack! You have to do something before we witness the fall of the usa as a democracy. 

Remember folks, the filibuster can be reformed by the majority for example 60 is needed for constitutional amendments and spending bills but the nuts and bolts of government the filibuster needs 51, the filibuster to be reformed or finally killed.
