Teaching Mindfulness, Breathing Techniques and short Meditations helps children concentrate and focus better, helps with anxiety and balancing emotions, reduces stress, helps with better sleep, relieves headaches and migraines.  Plus so much more.

Elementary students who practice mindfulness exhibit greater prosocial behaviors, emotion regulation, and academic performance (Authors:  Harpin, Rossi, Kim, & Swanson, 2016);
Teenagers studying for a general education certificate who participated in a mindfulness program experienced lower depression and anxiety, which contributed to improved academic attainment (Authors:  Bennett & Dorjee, 2016).

It is our hope and mission to include mindfulness, breathing and mediation techniques to the curriculum in schools from elementary to grade school to high school.

Not only can mindfulness help as a tool in schools they can carry what they learn into their lives, sports activities, and further to adulthood life experiences.
