There is a lot of elderly and disable abuse in the nursing homes and most of the cases get swept under the rug.  I want that to stop it is not fair and it’s inhumane for the patients and it’s not fair when a person gets sick or old they should be able to heal and live in peace and not fear I want all nursing home employees to have to wear body cams this will protect the patients as well as the employee the footage will never be shown unless a claim is made by either the patient or The employee and it would only be seen by the higher ups in the facility and the law to determine what happened without a shadow of a doubt because we will have it on camera  this will help combat the abuse of the sick, disabled and elderly. I need all of you to come together and help me pass this bill if you have ever had a relative or a loved one in a nursing facility you are who I am talking to and even if you have not just to keep all humans safe I need your help.  Along with this bill  I would like to amend the audit process of the nursing facilities the nursing facility should not be informed when the auditor will come they should only know that there will be an audit this month but they will not know when the auditor will come also auditors should be able to pop up at night early morning evening afternoon midnight dawn it should be no set time , we as Americans deserve to be treated fairly and we deserve to be treated good while growing old or when we are healing.  PLEASE SIGN  THANK YOU
