We demand that there is a policy saying that all people leaving prison must go through a re-entry program. In these programs the people are going to be applying for jobs, making resumes, applying for housing, and applying for getting a driver's license.  This will help end mass incarceration because the people that got out of prison are re-entering  society so this will help  so that they don't commit another crime.

TARGET

       The main target that we need to contact in order to accomplish our goal is  Senator Robert Casey. Robert Casey is the Senator and can help us get a policy for re-entry programs pass. Larry Krasner is the State District Attorney, which is our secondary target  who can contact Senator Bob Casey for re-entry programs. Larry has an assistant that work in his office, Lyandra Retacco is the Assistant District Attorney. She also has the ability to contact a schedule with the Senator of Philadelphia, Robert Casey.

STRATEGY

       Our tactic is to meet with Senator Bob Casey in private. It would be an honor to have a private room to talk about more re-entry programs. The purpose is to encourage him that we need a policy that all prisoners must go through a re-entry program before getting released into society. We will use this petition to show support for this policy. We can raise awareness about this issue by making posters about the benefits of re-entry programs for ex-prisoners.
