Bad news. The State House just PASSED the “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation bill by vote of 38-25. Two Democrats joined all Republicans in voting against Gun Confiscation on this final 3rd reading vote. Now the bill is off to the State Senate, where it’s judgement time. Will Senate President Senator Leroy Garcia head down the same path as John Morse, or will he stand with gun owners and his fellow Pueblo Democrats in the bipartisan opposition to HB19-1177?
