As an avid motorcyclist and along with many other motorcyclists in the riding community I was enticed by the possibilities advertised with the Sena 20S Bluetooth communications system.

This device is marketed as an intercom that "helps you enjoy your ride to the fullest by keeping you in touch with up to eight of your buddies in crystal-clear HD audio, up to 2.0 km (1.2 miles) away, through the Group Intercom™ feature". This is the first selling point of this flawed device, it fails miserably in all respects.

Group communications are next to impossible with troubles pairing, poor sound quality, and ridiculously short range.

Intercom, phone, radio and music played through the ear speakers provided is next to impossible at any reasonable speed, above 50-80kph depending on helmet quality. The sound at any speed leaves much to be desired, and sounds equivalent to a $10 set of headphones, far far far below the cost of this headset.

We should be refunded our purchase price for these devices that are not of the quality advertised and lacking in all respects to the features advertised. Or at the vary least be upgraded to a subsequent device that can deliver what has been sold to us.
