The sells softball field needs to be changed!

So the question you may be asking yourself right now is "what is wrong with the softball field?" Well the answer is, many things. Our field is not an actual softball field. It is the kickball field for Indian run elementary school. There are soccer goals on our field. Why? No one knows. The pitchers mound has a divot in it that makes it hard to for our pitchers to pitch. There is a divot in right batters box that also makes it hard and dangerous to slide into. Some of our players have found glass on our field by 3rd base! There are also potholes, divots, weeds, and long grass that make it hard for us to field ground balls. The picture provided shows one of our players hurt from sliding into home on the rocks. We find rocks almost the size of our palms all over our field! That is not ok!!
The title 9 is a federal law that prohibits the discrimination on the bases of sex in schools that receive federal funding (including in their athletic programs). Since title 9 became a law in 1972 NWLC (national women's law center) has worked hard to ensure that women and girls are treated fairly in athletic programs. So is sells following the law?
1. Are practice and competitive facilities maintained equally for male and female teams? No!
A: weeds growing all over and grass overgrown
B: During games there padlocks not unlocked on our only fence which make it so friends and family can't get into games.
2. Are scoreboards and fences provided equally to male and female teams? No!
A: there is absolutely no fence or scoreboard on or near our field
3. Are the conditions for playing fields for male and female teams equal? No!
A: The field is tore up not only from us PLAYING SOFTBALL on it but the elementary kids playing on it during recess.
B: 3rd base floods with even just a little bit of rain.
C: outfield has long grass and many potholes
D: infield has many rocks and divots
