Russian oligarchs support Putin in his dirty politics and war in Ukraine. Oligarchs have a huge assets in UK including properties, yachts and buisnesses. Russian oligarchs such ss Abramowich already disposing their aset making a huge profit, under pretext that they donate this profit to victims of war, while supporting Putin. 

Their asset should be seized, not just frozen. Temporary freeze won't hurt them, in fact it is protecting it from current turbulent economy. The money raised should be used exclusively to pay for damages to Ukainians afected by war and support to refugees abroad. It should also pay for rebuilding destroyed cities in Ukraine when Ukraine win the war. .
