Stop the noise and disturbance from the container yard at Trinity Park

The residents and neighbours of the container yard at Trinity Business Park, Orrell Lane, Liverpool L20 6HX want Sefton Council and Liverpool Council to work together to ensure the residents of Orrell Park are not impacted by the levels of noise, vibration and disturbance that we currently are suffering with due to the operation of the container businesses.
We have had our lives affected by the container yard for too long. We have to put up with 24/7: the noise of wagons in and out of the site, beeping their horns, revving engines; the noise from the crane lift; the noise and vibration when the containers are dropped on the ground resulting in cracks appearing in our properties; clanging and banging when completing maintenance on the containers; acrid smoke and smells when burning things inside containers; increase in activity from seagulls and rats and the inability to open our windows or sit in our gardens.
There have been restrictions put in place following an appeal yet the companies do not seem to adhere to them. The height of the containers being stacked, the hours of operation on the smaller sites, the lowering or removal of containers and restricted operation on bank holidays.
We want the environmental health department and the planning department to investigate the site and make changes.
