I am sowing seed-bearing herbs which the city writes as weeds. Grass and plants which i am harvesting are being condemned by Lubbock county for being over 8" tall. I am doing this petition for the city to have a right to grow herbs in their land. These plants are harbs and they are of a holy bible book, Genesis. Also, the New Testament writes of no longer killing any green thing. 

I hope to homestead my land and I believe we should have a right to grow any plant that is federally legal. As well as our neighbors and community can. Harvest is not yet by the moon and the seeds are sowing. 

The city has wrote me a citation and has spoke that they would hire someone to "mow my lawn".
