Petition to Reject Zone Change to Parcels #408-24-490L and #408-03-228A (aka. 300 Andante Drive) in the City of Sedona

We the undersigned Sedona Residents are requesting the Sedona Planning and Zoning Commission, and the City of Sedona to NOT re-designate these properties from Single-Family Medium Density (2-4 DU/AC) to Multi-Family High Density (more than 12 DU/AC) in the Community Plan, as requested by Serenade LLC.  This requested Zone Change would create a Great Negative Impact to the adjacent and neighborhood properties, as well as to the Quality of Our Lives. We ask that the Serenade LLC. request be denied.
