The Sedgefield Community has an increased concern for our public safety.  At two am on September 12, 2022, there was a shooting that occurred in multiple parts of our neighborhood that originated from Fun Spot Arcade on the corner of Hartford Ave and South Blvd.  Numerous blocks within Sedgefield were awoken at 2am to multiple rounds of gun shots as well as knocking on multiple homes doors.  Two groups of people were shooting at each other while traveling through the neighborhood.  

We are collecting signatures to present to City Council to express our increased concerns to protect the people of our neighborhood.  Fun Spot Arcade draws in crowds at all hours of the day and night and the Sedgefield community is growing increasingly uncomfortable with it’s proximity.
