At The Retreat Columbia there is absolutely no security. The gates do not even lock and there is one security guard who I rarely see. We should not have to live in place where we feel unsafe and truly scared for our lives. The Retreat is a nationwide housing development company and action will be made against them if they do not do anything to resolve this. Problems like this have continued for years on this specific property and something must change immediately.
