Voice Against Restriction of Broking Companies

I am an investor and I had invested in shares of a Andhra Petrochemicals Ltd., since 2010 Nov. Then after this share dipped a heavy loss but I preferred to take delivery and hold the same shares. Now I am trying to sell these share through Angel Broking Ltd.
The BROKER FIRM ANGEL BROKING is now taking adverse attitude and imposing restrictions. Firstly they are not allowing me to sell from my own end. They insist that I should place the order via the Sub-Broker under whom my account is running and I CAN SELL ONLY TWICE A YEAR. They claim that this is due to their Internal policy.
HOW CAN A BROKER MAKE HIS OWN POLICY AND DEPRIVE ME TO EARN THE PROFIT. STRONG ACTION SHOULD BE TAKE AGAINST SUCH BROKERS AND SUSPEND THEIR ALL ACTIVITIES IN ALL MARKETS.
SEBI, BSEINDIA, NSEINDIA, should take strong steps against such brokers
