It is frightening to think that we have to petition our government to act to stop pouring tax payer's dollars into this horrific conflict in Congo, that is a shame on our nation we pay for the corrupt governments of Congo, Rwanda, and Uganda to become rich by rape and the use of child soldiers.

I wish for the US to do the right thing. To help humanity. Whether it means stop putting money into the wrong hands or help the victims. I'm not educated enough on this topic to know, but please consider helping in some way.
