Coronavirus screen for everyone who arrives in the UK from overseas

With the outbreak of coronavirus, there are many flights that are landing in the UK from all around the world everyday. Whilst having a healthy economic relationship with foreign countries is important, it is equally vital that the UK protects the UK population against coronavirus by:
1- Screening everyone who has visited the high risk countries since 19 February 2020 and arrived in the UK whether directly from those countries or indirectly via a safe third country
2- Cancelling flight arrivals from high risk countries
3- Granting a special visa to all visitors who are currently in the UK on visit visa and are nationals of the high risk countries so that they can remain in the UK and able to access the NHS should they be infected by coronavirus or suspected of such infection
4- Making special arrangements for other visitors who need to collect BRP cards and other important documents from the UK so that they do not have to visit the UK
5- Providing all those who arrive in the UK with a leaflet or an email regarding how to keep themselves and others safe
