Chris Kline started this petition to H.H.S. Secretary Health and Human Services Alex Azar and

H.H.S. previously H.E.W. has records on John Chocha Jr. that they do not want to reveal/release.  Files will show Chocha was diagnosed incorrectly with paranoid schizophrenia in 1969 which has negatively impacted other family members.  Chocha's wife is 98 and needs closure and this will allow family to heal from deep scarring wounds.  Chocha is more then likely buried at Carlisle Military Base and deserves a proper burial.  This potentially impacts 10,000 probably more incorrect diagnosis.  PTSD was first recognized in 1980.  Mental Health Reform is needed today, immediate and correct diagnosis.

The tiny problem we are facing is government does not want to come clean on projects with H.E.W., C.I.A and others during 60's and 70's and that he was a relative of Boleslaw Chocha whom they had no contact with.

The F.B.I. destroyed files in 2008 that they stated previously that there were no files.  The files were destroyed because an American citizen died during interrogation and it was covered up.

Photo at 97th birthday with some of the family members. Hoping to get everyone together for 99th and 100th birthday.
