We the undersigned Citizens of Delta County, Michigan, hereby request the consideration of leniency for Mr. Kenneth Brunette. The below signed citizens are reaching out to the Delta County Prosecuting Attorney, not only in the name of the second amendment, but in decency and justice.

Mr. Brunette has led a productive life, providing for his family and contributing to his community for more than two decades with no issues or altercations. The mistakes that Mr. Brunette may have made in the past do not reflect his current character and level of commitment to his future.

With the undersigned voters, including gun owners, and those relying on the ownership of our Delta County Prosecutor's Office to recognize past mistakes do not define someone for life. Mr. Brunette has repaid his debt to society, and we are asking the same fairness for our friend and colleague.
