SeaWorld 2021. You can touch starfishes, pet sharks, visit a lū’au...and oh yes, swim with dolphins. Sounds thrilling, right? 

Wrong.

The dolphins kept at SeaWorld have a long history of abuse and torture, all of which have ended in painful deaths. They have been found toothless because the anxiety caused them to wear their teeth down to nothing. They frequently bang their heads on the walls of their sterile white enclosures. They literally go insane from the captivity. And the young female dolphins, who are the most attractive kind to theme parks, are raped: removed forcibly from the water and drugged whilst tubes of semen are shoved into them, therefore impregnating them against their will. Their children have to endure the same treatment in the future.

IT HAS TO STOP.

SeaWorld claims to “educate families about marine life,” but don’t be fooled. If they really cared about marine life, they would know that dolphins are similar to humans in brain structure and communication. They have been put in a prison yet committed no crime. Free the SeaWorld dolphins from their cruel captivity.
