I'm signing because the pepper spray and mace are WEAPONS OF WAR with their use outlawed by the Chemical Weapons Convention in 1997. The fact that police are spraying children, the elderly and the disabled with chemical weapons as they exercise their Constitutional right to free speech and assembly is obscene. It needs to be outlawed. The officers and their superiors need to help criminally & financially responsible for the trauma they are inflicting on our people.

The same thing is happening again, and it should not be. This is wrong. I am signing because I am hoping for change. Justice needs to be served.

He pepper sprayed a child, even if it was an accident he shouldn’t be pepper spraying anyone in the first place. Plus he shouldn’t have a job if he’s scared of someone who’s way smaller and way weaker than him. The police are cowards.

All the police present must be fired and criminal charges laid against this police. Police need to understand that they are not above the law and cannot harm and murder people of colour with impunity.
