I live in the neighborhood of Talaris and WANT affordable housing “in my backyard”!

I live in New Holly and I can guarantee that having mixed types of housing is a boon to economic development. The middle class and the working class are the lifeblood of this city and everybody benefits.

I’m signing because it is simply evil to use what little land we have left to house the wealthy.

We can't afford the carbon for any more million dollar houses, or any more working people forced into high carbon commutes. The planet can't sustain the current Talaris plan. It is unsafe and unjust.

How can you even think of catering to the desires of the few when so many are going without the very basic necessities? Do better!!

Seattle should be a city where everyone (no matter their economic status) can live near where they work. Please say no to these developers & listen to your community who wants affordable housing. It just makes sense.

The council keeps talking about the homelessness problem. You are willing to raise our property taxes and to tax employers. Why are you not willing to make developers do their part. Diverse neighborhoods benefit all of us.

Restrictive zoning is causing a great disservice to the larger population of citizens in our city.
This site has access and opportunity and should be made available to more people.

Seattle needs housing for the people, not just the wealthy
