Allow homosexual partner participation in the Waves of Honor Program

Sea World created the Waves of Honor program; throughout 2013, any active duty, activated or drilling reservist, or National Guardsman is entitled to a free one time admission at either SeaWorld®, Busch Gardens®, Adventure Island®, Water Country USA®, or Sesame Place® for military personnel and as many as three direct dependents. That is unless their dependent is their partner/husband/wife of the same sex. Sexual orientation should not prevent our service men and women from enjoying an honors program with their significant other that was meant to thank them for risking their lives and serving in our military. If homosexuals are allowed to openly serve in the military and risk their lives so places like Sea World can exist; then Sea World, of all places, should not be allowed to discriminate based on sexual orientation or any other reason.

Letter to
Sea World
Military men and women risk their lives to protect the rights of the citizens of the United States and defend the freedom that allow organizations like Sea World to exist. Partners/spouses (dependents) of Military members should be allowed to participate in the Waves of Honor program regardless of sexual orientation. Change the current policy and promote a message of acceptance and change in society.
