The current Ad-hoc committee of 5 members was appointed by Nepal Government for the sole purpose of conducting election within 6 months on the same ground that Nepal scout was standing after the amended draft of Nepal Scouts and later hand over to the elected body. The committee was appointed on 31 December , 2018 while the draft amendment was done on  3 March , 2019.
Ironically this so called Ad-hoc committee has been performing non deligated  activities like nominating local committee including active political parties members and mischievous performance not limiting to day to day office activities, appointing long term staff members and designing unlawful acts and codes inside the organisation claiming they have not finished their term. The committee itself already matured its expiry date on 6 September , 2019, after which all its activities are unanimously illegal, disputed and undisciplined. 
Scouting unlike in other countries in Nepal is always and has been voluntary, non-formal education and non-political but this so called Ad-hoc committed has completely changed its definition of being so by unanimously appointing politicians and political leaders or close family members of those politicians in local regions to form the local body executives, forcing them to oath and be scouts in any means without proper dress code, not providing actual knowledge of scouts laws and fundamentals rather mis guiding them to act harshly who speak positive about scouting way, spending a lot of physical and financial entities to empower those with no scouting ground and take benefit of the organisation and playing with the goodwill of the company relating itself as a sister organisation of one of the political parties of Nepal. 
Even though a lot of scouters and scouts have been raising voice and awareness about these, they voice has been suppressed by the use of power and politics to which the disciplined scouts can’t fight. Neither the government nor the committee itself is ready to find the solution as the government itself is unstable. Despite of the pandemic, unnecessary training of scout leaders to admit more political party members, spending money on unnecessary pools and commission, mis guiding the scouts and scouter by not providing enough information and news of the organisation, surpassing those who have been doing scouts for decades and adopting new ones bypassing laws, spending thousands of bills for negative and limited publicity etc are some of the examples of this committee.

Now it’s time to raise the voice and pressure the government of Nepal, Asia pacific regional scouts committee of #WOSM (Boy Scouts movement) and #WAGGGS (Girl Scouts organisation) to withdraw this committee and form the election body of Nepal Scouts so that it comes back to the track from where it has left and again establish the hope and prayers of all the pure scouts leader over those so called and forcibly made scouts. Let’s unite together and make change.
