For years the Residents of Callander Rise have not been happy at the level of service received by Scottish Woodland factors. Years of continued residents complaints fallen on deaf ears, failure to correspond or even acknowledge resident complaints and threats of legal or court action against residents who have tried to raise these complaints and attempt to have this company meet in which to agree and set out simple service levels to meet the satisfactory grounds for residents. Collectively we will now proceed to stand together and unite in which to enforce our consumer rights and terms of which to settle any arrears upon proof of satisfactory levels of service provided. If not we will seek to Remove them as ground and maintenance suppliers.
