Scrap parking fees for staff, patients (& parents) & blue badges at Scottish hospitals

0 have signed. Let’s get to 2,500!

It’s unfair for those who NEED to attend hospital to have the stress and cost for excessive parking fees. These should be scrapped or at least reimbursed or permit system for staff, patients with overnight stays (or their parents in the case of minors) and blue badge holders. Visitors can still be charged if required.

Children with cancer require frequent hospital and clinic visits and lots of lengthy and often unexpected stays in hospital. Blue badges are supposed to remove any stress and make sure the kids can get the treatment they need easily. Having to pay high parking charges is another punishment for parents on top of their child’s diagnosis. Please help to eliminate these charges and make hospitals and healthcare free and accessible to all who require it.
