Maureen Donnelly started this petition to Scottish Government

I had my first routine mammogram at the age of 51 and breast cancer was detected. Because of how deep my tumour was, it could not be detected in any other way other than a mammogram, no lumps, dimpled skin, pain or family history. Imagine if this had happened earlier in my life, I would not have stood a chance!!!

Since my diagnosis it has came to my attention that there are many many women between the ages of 30 - 50 who are not detecting it early enough. If the age for routine mammograms was reduced then this would give younger women a fighting chance.

Please sign my petition and give women a voice and save more lives!!!!
