Retail managers are not in skilled occupation list at the moment and from last many years . Which left us to only apply for employer sponsored visa that is 187 . Many of us and most of us applied , where as various genuine cases were refused in 2018-2019 and our cases went to AAT . At this point AAT processing time is also jumping high to almost 3 years . In fact most of us waiting for permanent residency from last 5-6 years including AAT time line . People around us had applied skilled visas and got the same in 6 months . If retail managers can put in to skilled immigration it will help every one who has a positive skill assessment in same occupation . We are working hard , in our role , paying taxes etc . We are qualified retail managers and need justice . Thanks
