Unfair treatment with offshore students who already paid alot of money as a fees to australian colleges and universities and run out of visas and when they applied for visa extension immi refused to give them further visas now they have blank path have no option what to do even colleges refused to refund there fees we want visa extensions like 485 visas for student was visas are expired. Because students have right to get there studies done which they started ehile they were in australia and paid thousands of $ its there hard earning money so they deserve better dont deserve extension refusals as they were genuine and honest students
