Save Australian literature: stop parallel importation of books

As an author I know first hand how difficult it is to get published, and earn a living wage. Government should uphold our right to income from our work; and not seek to erode those royalties with their policies. Stories are vital to a healthy society, without them we lose our history and sense of place. Australian authors should be shown as much regard for their work as others in the developed world.
