Justin Sinclair started this petition to Scott Morrison (Federal Member for Cook) and

Australian citizens are calling on Scott Morrison, and Linda Reynolds to agree on pulling out all Australian soldiers from Iraq. It is clear that our US allies are putting everyone in iraq under unnecessary danger. The US has not provided any evidence to justify assassinating Qasem Soleimani. Such inflammatory acts have created more instability in the area and the Iraqi government themselves have condemned this act and would like Australians to leave. It is clear that the US does not want diplomacy with Iran. This is also evident by the harsh sanctions since axing the nuclear deal. Such sanctions give a bleak long term prospect for creating peace in the region. Thus, Australians would be unhappy to foot the bill in keeping Australian soldiers in Iraq. Australia has been in Iraq since 2003 when an illegitimate invasion was acted on false evidence of weapons of mass destruction. Since then 41 Australian soldiers have been killed and 261 wounded.

Please listen to the people and have all Australian soldiers pulled out of Iraq.
