Victorian small businesses are still suffering from the impact of the harsh lockdowns in the last financial year. The recent 2 weeks lockdown was a big blow on many businesses that were trying to recover financially. The state's economy depends heavily on small businesses to reduce unemployment but many of these small businesses will not survive due to the lockdown impacts and tax debts. I call on the Prime Minister of Australia to rescue small businesses in Victoria by relieving them of their 2020/2021 financial year tax debts. Tax credits will go a long way to help us.
