As landlords, we have to pay property TAX, insurance, repair cost...... if no rent payment, how to pay all cost from landlords to keep thees properties for all tenants living???

Im signing because I put my arse on the line to get ahead and paying ridiculous amounts in TAX and my government is turning its shoulder. I’m happy to work for an employer and pay a pittance of the tax if normally pay. Support for landlords should be foremost in the kind of the government.

My sons have invested in rental properties to be self reliant in the future from drawing Government pensions. They are the average young Australian trying to do their best and need laws to protect them as well as their tenants in this unforseen world crisis.
