A private financing company named Popular Finance Pvt LTD , a non-banking firm was functioning here over sixty years. They were collecting deposits from ordinary people and were offering more interest rates than the nationalized banks in India. Recently this firm has cheated all the depositors and closed down without giving the depositors their money back. They have cheated nearly fifty thousand depositors worth three thousand eight hundred crore. Police have registered a case against them and during their initial investigation revealed that about thousand crores of money was siphoned off to Australia where Mrs. M J Marykutty, Mr. Varghese Pynadath, Mrs. Shyla Varghese living in Melbourne city, invested in real estate, automobiles, private financing sectors according to the investigation by SFIO, Interpol, ISOG, CBI, Enforcement Directorate, Income Tax Department, Kerala Police.

We are requesting you to kindly commence investigation on these activities in your country.
