Every Law that gets made in Australia, will affect and impact the next generation. Young people deserve more of a choice in deciding what Laws impact them, From Climate Change to Economy, and Housing affordability, the Government is impacting Young People's lives every-time a Bill gets passed.

16 and 17-Year-olds have the right to leave home, Get Married, and Get a Job, however they don't have the right to Vote. Our Democracy should not involve politicians who are not taking into consideration what impact the Laws will have on Youth.

The Government has Voted against Housing affordability, Voted against treating Climate change as a matter of urgency, as well as many other things that will impact the Youth. Most 16 and 17-year-olds want to have the option to Vote and choose what their future will look like. 

Youth in our country have to be in one of the worst Recessions and A Climate Crisis, Eventually, Coal will run out and we need a Leader to make sure we have Energy and Saftey for youth. 16 and 17-Year-olds deserve to vote for someone who has their interest in mind, and they need to have an option to help make a difference in what their future will look like, Help us give Youth the option to Vote in their best interest, Sign this petition and help give young people a safe future.
