Stop protecting hate speech: Australia needs a Parliamentary Code of Conduct

If our representatives act inappropriately, they must be held accountable. If they make comments that are not factual, or prejudice, or culturally inappropriate. They must be held accountable. In any other workplace, these three politicians would have violated even the most basic standards of conduct. Whether they were voted in or not, is irrelevant. We cannot wait several years to vote them out if they have shown to be unethical, incompetent, or unprofessional. They must be removed as soon as a breach of conduct occurs. Other occupations in Australia have a Code of Conduct and penalties for breaching it. So too should the appointed leaders of Australia. This is to avoid harm to Australia.
