We are respectfully requesting that the Australian Government allow Temporary Visa Holders in Australia, a second option to access up to $10,000 of their Super Funds after 1st July, in the same way Australian PR Holders or Australian Citizens are being allowed.

Visa Holders affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic have no other aspects of support during this crisis and the initial decision to not allow any access between April and June was corrected and we would ask that the decision to not allow the second option between July - September be reviewed and also corrected.

Many Visa holders have only survived the past three months by having the initial access to help cover essential expenditure and are working hard to avoid having to leave the Country, knowing they may not be able to return for a significant time or ever again.

Having contributed to the economic growth of Australia over many years for some, personally earned the money that is in their Super Funds, having no other means of support locally, it seems discriminatory and extremely harsh in not allowing those in need access funds that they personally own.

We are not asking for anything that isn't our own, as "We are all in this together"!!
