Oppose permit a medical cannabis dispensary in Vineyard Crossing neighborhood Livermore CA

The original area defined as heavy industrial area in Vineyard Crossing Livermore, had changed as City approved residential communities built with public parks and schools.
Within the last year or so 250+ families with kids moved in this neighborhood and living a peaceful life.
The LVPD, LPFD, Livermore sanitation are still not equiped and ready for the proposed MCD. Cleanup, maintenance, law and order is a up hill challenge with these new residential communities around.
Public awareness on cigarettes/smoking leads to cancer is acknowledged and prevention methods are still in progress.
With known issues building and supporting MCD is of doing no good to public.
If there is a true medical need it should be dealt with as how other medicines are provided. Pharmacy like environment should provide the doze as appropriate and not to be consumed in the neighborhood of where sales are made. It should be restricted use only within their homes/residence.
We urge and request all decision makers to think in terms of you being in that position of surrounded by MCDs, does it make your life safe and a good neighborhood to live in?
PLEASE SAY "NO" "NO" "NO" to this proposed permit for MCD in Vineyard Crossing Livermore.
Thank you very much.
