   To whom it may concern,

My name is Cody Sarvinski and right now I need help because I feel like I am falling through the cracks when it comes to getting mental/physical and disability help.

I've had a hard time working since an auto accident left me with chronic pain syndrome with pressure on the Sciatic nerve, along with nerve damage, and a muscle spasm disorder.  This all started in 2010-2011 and things have only gotten worse, I suffer from multiple mental health and Emotionally damaging issues like ADD, PTSD, Panic Syndrome, night terrors to name a few.

My Identical twin brother passed away from a drug overdose back in March of 2013 (never spent more than two weeks apart our whole lives) he had gotten into my pain medication and ended up passing away that's why I still refuse to use Narcotic Painkillers to this day, and I want to live my best life for my brother's memory.  Anywhere I try to get help I keep getting told their offices are closed for Covid so I desperately need some advice/help

I am in way over my head case is almost at two years (and now totally out of savings) and haven't heard from the government in about 3 months concerning my case,  please any help is appreciated and helps keep my spirits up.  Or any advice you can give.  Thank you very much for taking the time to read this petition, you're too kind.

                                                       Sincerely,

                                                                     Cody Sarvinski
